For quarry and aggregates operators, we focus on safety, conveyor reliability, maintenance coordination and defined operational improvement needs. Specialist technical work is supported by competent associates where required.

QSE is led by Gopala Krishnan Ponnusamy, Founder, CEO and Consulting Director. He works with client leaders, supervisors and frontline teams to connect management requirements with practical work and sustained operational improvement.
